As an Estimator/Project Manager based in Seattle, WA, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and/or coordinate complete estimates for assigned heavy civil and heavy highway projects, including analyzing specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare estimates and preparing portions of contract proposal estimates, to include the determination of applicable project plans and specifications. This position also requires the knowledge and flexibility to manage projects including planning, directing and coordinating engineering and scheduling activities to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The two roles may be required to be performed individually or simultaneously.

Topic: Feral Cat Hunt?
WTF? I came across this on facebook (a friend heavily involve in a mini aussie rescue in NC posted it). Apparently there’s a feral cat hunt going to several cities, one being Vancouver, WA.
I’m sickened by this and have no idea whether it’s a hoax.
