I don’t have any skin in this game but I did just stop by their office in California and it looks haphazardly half moved out of (the giant ring of keys in the middle of one table is a nice touch). Add to that the three missed delivery notices from UPS with late August dates and I think Dwellings is done. There website is either a 404 page or a password protected login page in case you aren’t convinced yet.
I do feel bad for those who have contracted with Dwellings.
