I found this Orange Bianchi road bike (potentially stolen) at the top of our neighborhood in West Seattle. It is an orange Bianchi bike with Campagnolo Mirage brake/shift levers. There are no tires, but all other parts look intact. It has ‘Bike Works’ stickers on the frame and front.

Please reach out to me if this is your bike, and I’d be happy to connect.

Two rooms available now in a calm, clean, owner-occupied home three blocks from the Junction. Rent a room, share the rest. Month-to-month, and everything is included — all utilities, fast wifi, and laundry. That’s $600+ less than a studio, all-in.

    The Upstairs Room — $1,000/mo

    • Bright private bedroom with closet
    • Full bathroom just outside the door (shared)
    • Shared kitchen & laundry
    • Unfurnished — make it yours

    The Basement Room — $1,500/mo

    • Private bedroom with your own half-bath
    • Private entrance + assigned off-street parking spot
    • Extra quiet & private downstairs level
    • Shared shower & kitchen upstairs; laundry nearby

Coffee, groceries, restaurants, and the RapidRide C into downtown are a short stroll away. The backyard is a quiet retreat — raised beds ready for planting, a beautiful rockery, and space to host a friend or two. Indoors it’s the same story: clean, calm, and well-kept by the owner, who lives and works here.

House basics: no smoking indoors · resident cat, so no renter pets · quiet hours 10pm–7am · occasional overnight guests OK. Not a party house.

Chiming in here for 2026, I’ve been a long time customer of Puget Sound Cleaners (206) 457-1954 and they have always done a great job. I have even recommended them to tenants and they do through cleanings on move outs too.

Same-day service can be really helpful when you’re in a bind, but I’d also pay attention to quality rather than just turnaround time. Some garments are better off taking an extra day if they need special care. If you’re ever looking beyond local recommendations, it’s worth checking experienced dry cleaners toronto on that explain their cleaning process and offer same-day service only when it’s appropriate for the garment.
