Unleashed Dog Camp offers kennel free boarding and day care to friendly dogs of all kinds. Located on 25 acres in SE Renton, it’s paradise for humans and dogs alike.

We are currently looking for a driver for our West Seattle day camp route.

If you love dogs, are comfortable walking with a group of 12 dogs in an off leash environment, are exceptionally reliable, have a clean driving record, love to work hard and be outside, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities include picking dogs up from their homes, driving them to camp in Renton, walking around with them in a large fenced area, cleaning them up and bringing them home at the end of the day. You will also communicate with clients regarding their dog’s behavior, any changes in scheduling, and texting them pictures of their dog on a work issued cell phone. Keeping the van clean as well as the dog areas (poop scooping) is also important.

Also, if you live in or very near West Seattle and are able to park the van in a safe place while it is not in use, your commute would be in the company vehicle powered by company gas!

A background check will be performed prior to hiring. Ability to walk among running and playing dogs across uneven terrain and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds is also required.

Hours are 9am to 5pm M-F.

Teamwork, attention to detail, flexibility, independent thinking and problem solving as well as an enjoyment of a fast paced work environment are also essential.

I agree, I’ve serviced that area for many years with my mobile mechanic business and many of my long-time customers in Arbor Heights have brought it up as an issue… I’m all about safety first, but seems like these SDOT projects are just about filling quotas and using up taxpayer money rather than doing the job right the first time. Look at how little effort goes into repairing our local roads after a condo goes in and they rip the streets up with heavy equipment like cranes, or dig the a hole in the street for utilities and then shovel a mound of asphalt on top of it like that is going to last more than 6 months before it becomes a huge crevice or pothole. This city needs to step up to the plate or the yellow vests will be hitting the streets soon.

Our retail store positions are important training grounds for developing highly skilled entertainment-supporting professionals. Your primary responsibility as a Sales Associate is to act as the client’s champion by listening and seeking to understand, teaching, facilitating, problem-solving, and following-up until the client’s needs are met, even post-sale.

Your clients will primarily come from the theatrical, architectural, corporate, educational, industrial, event support, and house of worship market segments. As a Sales Associate you will train and work at the direction of the Retail Store Manager, who will be successful only if she is able to engage and empower you in effectively working with customers, other staff throughout our company, and with PNTA’s manufacturers and suppliers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Communications. You should like talking to customers in person or on the phone and you and believe a happy customer is a customer that never needs to ask what is going on with their order. I want to explain the reasons for forgetting my stuff at the park.
Firstable, I don’t own a car, so that explains why I had the device with me. After flying my drone in a different location, my friends and I decided to go for a walk in Lincoln Park to show them the trees I planted 2 weeks ago with Friends of Lincoln Park during the green Seattle Day (LINK BELOW FOR THOSE WILLING TO HELP NEXT TIME)

We were a total of 4 people and 3 dogs having fun. We decided to nest one of our dogs into another dog leash so that we could make it easier to walk and enjoy. While taking pics, my friend (who was carrying the drone) decided to put it on the ground to take a better pic, and that’s how we forgot it. I am passionate about recording each moment with friends and take pictures of everything. When we realized none of us had the drone, I immediately open my google photos app to find any clue to where we had forgotten our stuff. Et Voila !!!! I saw a pic of my friend seating the things on the ground, with that said, I returned to the location hoping to find it. While we were at the park, another friend when ahead to post on WSB and found Tonino’s post.

“The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Fisheries office confirmed Wednesday that two sea lions were found shot, killed and dumped in West Seattle.

Several additional sea lions have also been found dead in the past several weeks, and veterinarians are in the process of confirming how they died. ”

The Senior Center of West Seattle is seeking an on-call Friday BINGO CALLER! We have a dedicated, fun group of about 20 bingo players on Fridays. The volunteer position is to fill-in when needed (probably at least one Friday/month) from 10:30-2:30, with a break for your delicious and FREE lunch! The training period is about 3-4 Fridays to learn the machine and the process.
