    I loved Feedback’s Honeybush. The menu listed it as “Honeybush Tea-infused Vodka, Lemon, Ginger-Pepper Syrup”

    Anyone want to speculate on how to make this at home?

    If you find a recipe, PCC carried Numi Honeybush tea the last time I looked. No shipping charges.

    You can also get organic Honeybush tea from The Kitchen Imp, a local spice and tea company. Online at http://www.thekitchenimp.com or on Etsy. And you can pick up in Arbor Heights.

    remember all those lovely jars on the shelf at the Feedback? That was the booze being infused. I don’t know the measurements or time needed – maybe someone else could chime in? but all you need to do is steep the Honeybush tea (or Hibiscus for the Red Rickey, or Rooibos for the Whiskey Smash) in vodka (or whiskey) and voila!
