Breastfeeding Center Customer Service FT/PT

Nurturing Expressions is a rapidly growing West Seattle based company that is looking for caring, dependable, positive, outgoing , dynamic, and energetic individuals to join our team. We currently have two full-time and two part-time positions available.

At Nurturing Expressions our focus is to help moms and babies get the care they need through lactation support and classes as well as getting them started on the right track with breastfeeding. We specialize in breastpump rentals and sales. The positions available are unique and our ideal candidates will be individuals who believe in breastfeeding and supporting breastfeeding moms.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Delivery and in home or in hospital set up of the breastpump

• Instructing moms on how to use our products and equipment

• Soft sales

• Filling out contracts and insurance paperwork

• Equipment tracking

• Answering phones

• Assisting in the retail store/back office

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service

• Great phone skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Professional demeanor

• Excellent driving record

• Valid driver’s license and insurance

• Punctual

• Very organized

• Must believe in and support breastfeeding

DESIRED:

• Bi-lingual

• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite

• Office experience

We have two full-time positions available, Sunday – Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and Tuesday -Saturday 9am to 5:30pm. In addition we are looking for two part-time positions to rotate every other weekend or one full-time position to work every weekend.

These positions do involve working some weekends. If you do not want to work weekends please do not apply.
