Earlier this morning, Man fitting this description:

medium height, 20-25yrs old mid to long brown hair. Wearing a red shirt and white glasses.

Knocking on doors of multiple houses, peering in, asked to use the phone. when told no, ran across the street and got into a tan car, looked like a Honda civic.
