RANT: Rhapsody Music Download/Real Networks

Boy am I po’d

I try to buy gift certificate’s for some music downloads from Rhapsody Music for Christmas Presents for my two Kids. I finish filling everything out and hit submit. up poos “Error in processing please try again later”. Ok I call customer service just to check and they assure me nothing went through.I try again several times and the same error in processing. I give up and buy from Amazon. My wife asks about these 5 charges on our Credit card. Freaking Real Networks has charged my card five times at $40 each. I call customer service , in India I think And all they can do is tell me to contact my credit card company.

If it’s a credit card and not a bank card they will cancel it right away. if it’s a bank card, you will have to file a dispute and it could take a few days. fun, huh…

I wasn’t happy with Rhapsody, either. I thought it was a pain in the derriere. But I had no problem canceling it.
