Paint on Viaduct

Did anybody else run into (or across) the fresh pink, yellow and blue house paint splattered across the northbound lanes of the viaduct this morning? It’s been an ongoing thing for a couple of years now but I have always managed to avoid it until today. Didn’t see it until about 10 hours later but was able to spray it off with the high pressure hose at The Carwash Palace.
Hope this practice goes away when the tunnel opens!
