JanSParticipantfrom my friend, Yvonne, in Johannesburg, SA:
‎”Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart. Let me not pass you by in quest of some rare and perfect tomorrow. Let me hold you while I may, for it may not always be so. One day I shall dig my nails into the earth, or bury my face in the pillow, or stretch myself taut, or raise my hands to the sky and want, more than all the world, your return” (Mary Jean Iron)
In doing this, we will save a lot of time fretting over what we cannot change and know that today will be the foundation of a brighter tomorrow….. May 2011 be filled with abundance in every aspect of your lives!
Happy New Year, everyone….thanks for making my life better :)

miwsParticipantThanks for sharing, Jan.
I know you’re just a regular ol’ regular person like the rest of us here, but my admiration of you has grown these past weeks after learning of your current health issues. One woulda thunk what you’ve already had to deal with over the years would be enough.
But, your exceedingly positive attitude is something all of us should strive for, when dealing with our own life issues, which may be great struggles themselves, but especially when they pale in comparison to what you are currently dealing with.
