Comcast Cable TV outage

does anyone have access to Comcast cable tv right now; mine goes out just about every day, either the cable itself, or the OnDemand, or like now, both; all went out at 10pm; I’m so damn sick and tired of Comcast outages (especially with the insane amount they charge); anyone have a better alternative for cable tv? I’m so ready to fire them for good

as much as I hate calling Comcast, because it’s always infuriating/frustrating, and usually no help; I just called to find out what the heck is going on; I was told “you’re in an outage area” and it’s affecting cable, phone, internet; that it could be out 2-4 hrs; I asked if this is part of the planned outage that some customers were informed about to be happening late tonight; he said no, this is unplanned outage; seems too much of a coincidence to me; I hate Comcast so much
