Tried to get $ from my BECU account out of a non-BECU ATM a little while ago and the transaction was denied and said to call my financial institution.
When I called BECU to see if there was a problem with my account, they let me know that the entire Co-Op ATM network was down, nationwide, and “they” were working on it. Here’s the blurb from their website:
“CO-OP Network ATMs Down
At 12:05 pm PST the CO-OP Network went down nationwide. At this time all CO-OP Network ATMs are inoperable. The root cause has not been identified and there is no estimation when the network will be functioning again. We are working diligently with our partners to help them identify the issue and ensure the impact to our members is minimized.
We will post updates as they become available.”
Just wanted to let you know in case you are with a credit union on the Co-Op Network.
