I understand your frustration but there could be a million reasons to explain your complaint. Perhaps the 4 people standing in the kitchen were training for their first time, maybe they were kitchen support staff i.e. dishwashers. I wasn’t criticizing anyone specifically; I was simply suggesting to cut them some slack. To think about the entire picture of things. I didn’t mean to offend anyone. Just trying to offer some reasoning on behalf of the restaurant.
