  There was a bit of a slowdown at around 7:05 this morning due to police stopping a bus lane violater. It was worth the extra two minutes on the commute to see a cheater get nailed.

    I am glad police still patrol this area. They could patrol the bus lane and the double white lines area at I5 north at all hours. No matter when I am driving eastbound, I see people driving in the bus lane or changing lanes across it. There are signs and red reflective paint was added about a couple of years ago and it’s still like a magnet for inattentive drivers.
