I just want to give a huge rave to Scott Manroe who helped us sell and buy a house this year. This is the second house we have bought, and this experience was so much better then the first thanks to Scott. (We did not use him the first time) Scott really knows West Seattle like no one else. He had been in many of the houses we looked at in the past, and already knew the history. Plus, he has established relationships with many other realtors and you can tell they respect him. I certainly do. When we first met with him, he looked at our house and told us to wait till a better market. Boy was he right! He wasn’t in a hurry to get it on the market. He really wanted the best for us. We waited and got top dollar for our house. Buying our new was a great experience also. In this tough market, he gave us hope and we ended up getting a house we love without getting into a bidding war. The house is all closed and ours and he still checks in on us seeing how we are doing and offering advise and support. He is more than just an realtor he is a stand up guy.
