Old Door Repairs Needed

Seeking handy door craftsman familiar with:

1) neatly planing top of door to fit

2) Neatly filling in mortised holes where old lock mechanics were. (sanding, repainting, etc.).

3) Then neatly replacing with new modern locking mechanics and dead bolt.

4) Properly re-hanging door

Can this happen in a day?
