I’m looking for someone with a flexible schedule that lives in the West Seattle Junction area that can clean a two bedroom Airbnb as needed. The pay is $40 per cleaning. The workload varies depending on our travel schedule, as we usually clean it ourselves if we are here. The cleaning times usually need to be done mid-day between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and could be any day of the week, depending on the booking. Cleaning the apartment can take as little as 30 minutes, or up to an hour, depending on how long the guests have been there, and how much the apartment has been used. In some instances only one bed is slept in, they are rarely there out sight-seeing. Cleaning usually involves making one or two beds, wiping down a few glass table, cleaning a very small mini-kitchen if needed (no stove, just a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and fridge), cleaning a bathroom, vacuuming, and straightening everything up for the next guest. I supply all of the cleaning materials.
