Dog Attack of Little Old Lady on Alki

Was anyone walking on Alki today and saw a little old lady get bitten by a dog? My grandmother was walking her small, white dog down on the Salty’s/Bubbles end of the beach (Alki Ave S) when a large, reddish colored, off leash dog with longer hair jumped out of the bushes and grabbed her dog by the neck. When my grandmother went to help her dog, the red dog bit my grandmother’s leg. The owner apparently came out of the bushes behind her dog and was crying. My grandmother said the woman had brown, curly, shoulder length hair. The owner also mentioned that my grandmother was the second person her dog had bitten. My grandmother’s leg was bleeding pretty badly and she had to go to the emergency room.
