My previous car was a 2007 Mazda MX-5 Miata. I assure you the top was down every day the temperature was between 50 and 90. I sold the car just before my daughter was born. I love being a dad but sure do miss owning a sports car.

Noob, you are correct of course. If one never leaves Seattle a Toyota Yaris is every bit as fun and capable as an Aston Martin. I just drove the priest grade road outside of Yosemite twice last week and was reminded of how insanely fun it is to drive a curvy mountain road in excellent condition with no traffic. What a hoot.

Thank you for driving safely in West Seattle. I enjoy a spirited drive, but West Seattle is way too dense and populated.

The cars I am currently sort of interested in are the Mercedes Benz C300 (redesigned for 2015 looks awesome) and the Chevrolet Sonic RS and the VW GTI. I know they are pretty different cars but those are the ones that I’ve taken a liking to. The MB is pretty expensive (for me) so I’d only consider it if there was some amazing lease promotion.

What I find truly creepy is the avaricious nature of the publisher of the training materials.

39.00 to 352.00 per copy? I am tempted to spend the time to create a pdf of the 126 pages of this “flyer” and post it for free. Eliminating the “stock photo” imagery should bring the size down to miniscule. In this country the barriers to health care are always monetary.

The founding institutions in the US version of MHFA -US seem to be publicly financed and tax supported (though I could be wrong about that)

But copyright violation may not be necessary.

The program originated in Australia and those materials are already available for free.

This is not to take away anything from the OP’s generous offer of time and knowledge and I will pay for one of the official booklets for someone who cannot afford the cost.

In another time and place I would have probably been diagnosed as Autism Spectrum as a child and perhaps that is why I am much more effective working with computers rather than people. I learn from books while I cannot concentrate in a traditional school/class setting

The OP doesn’t specifically say they went with NW Art and Frame in their update post, just that they replaced it themselves, rather than to take it somewhere for the repair.
