This lovely oak bed frame was purchased at Village Woodworks in West Seattle 20 years ago and is still intact, structurally sound, with all the hardware. The only issue is cosmetic — see photos — that’s 20 years of cats and dogs thinking that jumping onto and off of the bed is the best fun ever. Even after 20 years though, it’s not too bad and probably a perfect project for someone who wants to learn some light woodworking.

The detailing on this bed is just right — enough for visual interest, but not so many nooks and crannies that it’s hard to clean. It’s been in a non-smoking home, and we’ll be breaking it down for easy transport.

    Dimensions:
    – Headboard Width, top outer edge to top outer edge: 66″
    – Headboard Height, floor to top: 49″
    – Baseboard Height, floor to top: 29″
    – Length: 88″
    – Clearance under bed: 7″
    – 5 struts across, middle strut has post to floor for extra stability

Lost a Wallet we think around the Harbor Ave 7/11 store/parking lot. Cashier wasn’t of much help when asked about it.

The wallet itself was a gift, and has sentimental value.
It’s a tan snake skin leather type wallet.

Would appreciate if someone found it to let us know here. We do realize everything has probably been stolen out of it. 😞

    Hello!
I’ve been renting in the Junction while looking to buy a home in West Seattle. I love the Junctions and Lincoln Park area; however homes that meet criteria haven’t come available in these areas. There is a potential house around Alki. I’m nervous because of the crowds down there. I’d appreciate any feedback on living on Alki.
    Thanks!
