Parakeet needs a home

Female parakeet, Lacie is about 4 yo and is in need of a new home. She comes with her cage and toys.
This apartment complex does not allow birds and keeping her in the bathroom is not a good situation for her. Her senior boyfriend recently passed so she lonely and really needs to be out where she can interact with people.
Lacie is lovely blue and white.
