Villagegreen, My comment about family values and ideological values was is reference to Palin if she were to take office (that’s who your original question was asking about). I’m well aware of McCain’s shortcomings.
I’ve stated on other threads that economically, the country is not in as bad of shape as people make it out to be (GDP is high and unemployment is not that bad if you look throughout history). Our current financial institution collapse cannot be blamed solely on George Bush, he was warning us of issues for years. The weight falls on the shoulders of Dems in Congress that thought people were acting like Chicken Little chanting “the sky is falling”. In reality, it was.
BDG, you continue to criticize Palin for her lack of foreign policy experience. She is a VP candidate. Obama has as much foreign policy experience as her and he’s running for Prez. What’s the difference?
If Obama becomes President, I predict the next 4 years will be some of the bleakest years this country has seen. If you think the Carter years were tough to swallow, just wait.
