Missing from Ocean View community beach (Arroyo beach area)We noticed it missing around the fourth of July. Its approx. 8 feet long by 4 feet wide, and is similar to a livingston boat style. Made of white plastic with black trim. If you have any idea of its where abouts please comment. Thank you!
