Alki Cooperative Preschool is interviewing teachers for the position of Multi-Age
Drop-Off class lead teacher.
Class hours (tentative) are:
Tuesdays 11:30-2:00
Wednesdays 9:00-11:00 and 11:30-2:00
Thursdays 9:00-11:00
Teaching Hours would be:
Tuesdays 11:15-2:15
Wednesdays 8:45-2:15
Thursdays 8:45-11:15
** Session times might alter some based on demand. Schedule will be confirmed
in summer 2021.
Salary rate is $19/hr. Teacher will be supported in every class session by a second
teacher or rotating parent volunteer. Number of students per session will range
from 4-8 students, depending on ages (range 0-5 years old).
Hours include 15 minutes to set-up space using a combination of materials
already stored in the nursery room and materials brought up from Alki Co-op
Preschool Classroom and 15 min. at the end of the last session to sanitize used
toys and return the classroom to its original state. Additional compensation for
the beginning of year classroom set-up, negotiable.
