    Seasons Greetings!

    This season please think of the landfills and new opportunities available when decorating your place.

    I work for a local solid waste agency and would like to extend the opportunity this season to many of you to recycle your Holiday Lights instead of adding them to the already inundated waste stream.

    It may be on the list to which you’ve linked – but I noticed a Christmas lights recycling dropoff box at McLendon’s in White Center while there the other day to buy some more … um … lights. (Blue ones in honor of law enforcement, otherwise we have TONS of lights, but I only had one blue strand previously.) Gotta take some dead ones there ourselves, in fact.
