Let me know if you do, as I’ve been looking for one as well for a while. The two main West Seattle Coworking spaces on 35th near the 7/11 and the other on California, I don’t think they allow them.

No, not a requirement. However, it’s a sign of the “me first” mentality and the “I’m special, you’re not” mentality that’s invaded people’s brains. Name a traffic violation and you’ll see it violated daily men and women of ALL ages driving every vehicle under the sun. It’s common for me, and other drivers to wait at a green light because “special” pedestrians felt entitled to ignore the do not walk signal. I see bike riders violate traffic laws that are on the books covering bike riders. Will anything change? NOPE. Why? Because the people ignoring the law are certain they’re entitled to do so and ALL the close calls/accidents are caused by “those other bad people” certainly not the finger pointers.

Seen it happen three times, all in a short period of time.

First time a car slowed down at an intersection as the light changed from yellow to red. The car behind it crossed the double yellow line into the oncoming lane and gunned it to pass and blow through the red light!

Second time the car at the front of the intersection wouldn’t go when the light turned green. Just sat there for 10 seconds until a car in the intersecting lane ran the red light. It was just going regular speed too, wasn’t gunning it to beat the light or anything. It was like the first car knew this was going to happen.

Third time the car was also going at normal speed. Light turned red, driver wasn’t anywhere close to the intersection but didn’t even attempt to slow down. Just casually crossed the intersection like it was still green.

I just got a new couch, and now I’ve got an old one to get rid of. Figured I’d try seeing if anyone was interested before it goes to Value Village or the dump.

It’s a small couch (or large loveseat?). I don’t have exact measurements, but it’s between 6-6.5ft from end to end. Pictures available on this marketplace listing: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1765846910956777/

Hello!! I am responding to your ad in the West Seattle Blog. As an older adult and a mom of 7, I have had lots of experience in running a household with efficiency and love. I have been a caregiver for the past 20 years, so I know how to serve my clients with care and safety minded.
I have a flexible schedule and can make those days and hours you posted work. I am very dependable, honest, positive in outlook, personable, and a good friend. I am blessed with good health and can perform the duties you listed.
I need to explain that I do not own a car, but can drive your vehicle if that is acceptable to get your child to his/her summer activities.
Please contact me in order to discuss how my skills will be of benefit to you.
Thank you for your time and consideration. My email address is flo_boynton@hotmail.com

Hello. I am interested in your position for either a dog walker or cat sitter, as I have had experience in both areas, especially as a 20+ year cat owner. I enjoy cats and do not mind the clean up process. I am careful with dogs to always keep them on a leash and be aware of any aggressive dogs we might meet on a walk.
I live in the West Seattle Junction and can easily get to other neighborhoods via bus or walking. I am honest, dependable, conscientious in follow through of instructions, and personable with clientele. I also would have no trouble passing a background check. The hours you mentioned of 10 am to 2 pm are workable for me, I can also do overnight pet care, if that is occasionally needed.

Our son left his trumpet inside its hard black case after the Madison Middle School track end of season celebration yesterday at their track field? He’s only three scales away from moving up to concert band and is really bummed. If anyone has it or seen it; would be great to get it back soon.

    Hi West Seattle fam,

Wondering if anyone has 1 extra vial of 75IU Menopur they’d be able to spare TONIGHT (Sat, 6/14)? I’d pay you market-rate for it. My IVF doc just asked me to take an extra dose tonight based on today’s bloodwork and I don’t have an extra dose on-hand! As anyone who’s going through IVF/egg freezing knows, this process is already stressful enough, let alone when you’re surprise-instructed to administer a medication that you don’t have!!

Thanks so much. And love to all those who are going through this.

On Tuesday, June 10th at 5:05pm a silver Toyota 4Runner swerved into my lane hitting my white Lexus GX460.

We were heading West on SW Admiral Way (cross street betweenn 37th and Belvidere), right before the construction zone. 4Runner was travelling in the left lane, my Lexus in the right lane.

It was a minor accident – only our mirrors are damaged. But the woman is claiming I swerved into her lane. I’m hoping that a green sedan saw what happened. To the gentleman that was kind enough to stop to allow me to cross in front of him to park behind the 4Runner – thank you!

I would love if you could call me.
