Thanks for the tips! Ever since the La Casa del Sabor trailer turned up parked at the same spot vacated by El Camion two years ago, we’ve been trying to reach them to find out their plan. Went by again tonight after sunset and discovered a new sign on the truck:
So there you have it. If the opening date is indeed 6/27, that’s next Saturday. We’ll update when we hear back.
We drove by between 4:30/5:00pm yesterday and they were there. It looked like they were getting the truck ready unloading things from a pick-up truck…And by the way, Sunfish on Alki closed early yesterday…ran out of food. ☹️
Can we please not call this a Biznote? I always get excited that an empty storefront is being filled, but no, it’s just a food truck instead of a real business.
I guess I view food trucks as a small business, so I’d count it as a BiZNOTE. Different perspectives, I guess. To the business owner- Welcome to Fauntleroy! Can’t wait to try your food!
Well, sorry Your Highness Lord trump, we’ll get a legit “billionaire business” in there right way. ICE is on the way and after they do their Black Magic there will be a nice safe Amurrican Orange Lobster branch in there for ya.
