Looking for a Job where you can truly CHANGE our world?! Early childhood education IS our future and Bella Mente Early Learning is hiring for a full time Assistant Teacher.

* A float position will spend time in all of our classrooms

We are a Reggio inspired school serving over 100 families, ages infancy through school age. Reggio schools are impossible to mimic, however, we have taken the ideas that truly speak to us and have developed our school around them. Our play based philosophy and emphasis on children directing their learning allow teachers to work alongside the children. To be a co-learner in their world.

Our teachers are competent leaders who participate in the overall development of our school. Our classrooms work individually to develop curriculum around the interests, inquiries, and identities of the children and teacher that they serve. We want to bring in teachers who can help us in continuing to grow toward what our intended vision is for our school.

My name is Bogdan Romanenko, a recent graduate from West Seattle High School with a strong passion for learning and working with children. I’m particularly skilled in math and science and enjoy finding creative ways to explain concepts, which I believe could be a valuable asset in a Reggio-inspired environment.
