I would second the recommendation for Body Back or Stroller Strides. Body Back classes are typically only a few people and are a great intense workout with hardcore and awesome instructors (who also teach the Stroller Strides classes). Stroller Strides is a great way to meet other moms and get your exercise in at the same time!
