So if this guy is getting a heads up on the tow, then obviously he’s getting out of having to pay to pick it up from impound. But don’t the orange stickers come with tickets? After having a bunch of tickets on his record, wouldn’t you think that would mean something? I say it’s time to “Get Jesse!”
