The Hourly Manager is the most senior position in the restaurant while the General Manager is away from the restaurant and requires outstanding leadership and impeccable customer service.

The Hourly Manager will act in a variety of roles: Manager In Charge, Server, Host, Dining Room Expeditor, and Counter, and is responsible for identifying, managing, and delegating to ensure that all tasks are completed to prepare the restaurant for closing (both front and back of house), keep it running smoothly during operating hours, and ready it for the next day’s opening shift.

The Hourly Manager will ensure that the staff is providing outstanding service to our customers and will work with the Kitchen staff to ensure outstanding quality, consistency, and timing of food.

It is essential that the Hourly Manager be able to prioritize, communicate, delegate, and otherwise take the actions necessary to put a crew to work and keep them on task and working efficiently.

Schedule: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun: 3:00pm – close

Location: West Seattle

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour (plus tips while working as Server)
