Wanted: Garage or Shop Space

I’m looking for a long term rental (or possibly purchase) of some shop space. My family loves our Morgan Junction home, but we lack a space to restore cars, which is my passion.

The space would need to be two cars (500 ft^2) or larger with a rollup door, be secure, and have power. Access would be mainly 9-5, but 24 hour access would be appreciated.

I’m open to suggestions as well.
