What kind of trees are repeated down 35th?

Does anyone know what kind of trees are planted on both sides of 35th that are all the same tree? They’re blooming right now which I’ve never noticed in the 24 years I’ve lived in the neighborhood, and I’ve never been able to figure out what they are.
