Anticipatory Grief Group

Listening to Grief has partnered with The Kenney to offer a monthly Anticipatory Grief Group.

Also called “pre-grief,” you may be experiencing anticipatory grief if you are expecting a loss that has not yet happened, such as due to a terminal illness, and are grieving in advance. Anticipatory grief is the grief we may feel before a loss occurs. It can arise when facing changes in health, independence, relationships, caregiving responsibilities, or the uncertainty that often accompanies life’s transitions.

Join Listening to Grief for a compassionate and welcoming circle designed to support adults navigating these experiences. Together, we’ll create a space for honest conversation, shared understanding, and meaningful connections.
