jmksMemberAdult size bicycle in new or good condition.
I would like a bicycle for leisure. I don’t need anything fancy or exceptional, just something that works and is suitable for an adult to ride around the neighborhood on a nightly basis would be great.
If you have a bicycle that you’re not using I would love to take it off of your hands. I can exchange for money, but I am not looking to spend a lot so expensive bikes need not apply. :D

angelescrestParticipantHow tall are you?

jmksMemberI am 5’10”.
I would like to add that any advice on where a decent (but cheap) bike can be purchased would also be very welcomed.

angelescrestParticipantI have one you could try out…it’s definitely for someone your height or taller. No one’s used it for a year, which is a sign!

2 Much WhineParticipantangelescrest, if you meet this person make sure you bring someone else along. I find the name “just my killer smile” to be more than a bit creepy. . . . . I know, you don’t need some random blogger telling you what to do. It’s like when my mother-in-law told me not to take candy from strangers on the train in Italy – I was 50 at the time. I rolled my eyes but then realized her comment was coming from a place of concern – as is mine.

jmksMemberThat is good advice for anyone. :D
Email sent about the bicycle (I sent it with my other, less creepy/put-out-over-the-net-spammy email address.)

2 Much WhineParticipantThanks jmks for not taking it personally. I made my comment then it occurred to me that I don’t know if you are a man or a woman. Somehow a woman with a “killer smile” seems far less “creepy” than a guy but I suppose it shouldn’t make a difference. Anyway, it’s all about looking out for each other, isn’t it? I hope you find a bike.
