Daystar Retirement Village is seeking a full-time Sales Director to join our sales department for our 101-unit Retirement and Assisted Living Campus located in West Seattle, Washington Federal Way, Washington. The preferred candidate will have a working knowledge of senior living and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding professional sales objectives. Learn more about us at

• Promote our CORE Values

• Execute sales and marketing goals and objective to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage to our sales metrics which include lead analysis, sales activity, closing ratios and database targets
• Act as part of the overall management team in regard to the operation of the community.
• Work closely with the Executive Director: channel feedback on trends, community and competitor activity, team needs and prospect concerns

• Sales driven and outcome focused
• At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing
• Previous real estate or senior living experience a plus
• Have in-depth knowledge of competitors and community resources
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data base managment
• Team player with the ability to respond promptly
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
• Tues – Saturday work schedule with the ability to be flexible
• A passion for working with and serving the senior population
