RANT-Graffiti on our fence and minivan casing houses in Belvedere/Admiral area

I just want to rant about the little SOB who felt the need to tag our fence, ADT sign and recycle bins with the number 8 (gang symbol?) sometime in the last week. In addition, our neighbor observed a light-colored minivan parked in the alley behind our house early Friday morning. As he approached, someone quickly jumped in the back and they took off. License plate was 784-XRW. Perhaps unrelated but becoming too frequent none-the-less. Be on the lookout in hopes no one else has to rant about the same people doing the same to them. We live on 42nd SW in the Admiral/Belvedere area. Also, we want to RAVE about our neighbors, without them keeping an eye out, we would not have known. A good case for neighborhood watch indeed!

bangles, report both incidents (grafitti and suspicous vehicle). As many police that are in your neighborhood for speed control on Admiral, they would surely keep a watch if they knew this information.
