The job entails: Dealing with all aspects of plant growth, building maintenance & cleaning.
You’ll need to be capable of being meticulous in all tasks. We require no previous experience in the industry. Just a hard and efficient work ethic above all, as well as the desire to learn and listen.
The work schedule is 10am – 6pm. The days are variable depending on the plants needs but they will be established months in advance.
The starting pay is $18 an hour probationary with a raise to $20 after 90 days.

Hello.
We are a family of three with a young kiddo. We have lived in the same home, Admiral area of West Seattle, for seven years. We absolutely love it here.
The owners of the home we are renting have decided to sell, so that puts us in the position of looking for a new place to call home.
We are financially stable, we have good credit, and stellar references.
We don’t have any pets- though our kiddo would love to get a feline at some point if time/space allows for one.
We garden, we bike and hike, and love being outdoors. We’re pretty strong advocates of getting to know our neighbors and enjoy participating in community building. Being a 9-5 family with a young kiddo, we’re fairly quiet- early to bed. We don’t host large gatherings.
We like to think we take care of our rental space as we’d take care of our own home. We are effective communicators and pay rent on time.We are in search of a stand alone home with a yard and some space for storage in West Seattle. Staying admiral area would be amazing, but we’re open to surrounding neighborhoods too. We are looking for something for June 1.
We would like 2+ bedrooms, and W/D/dishwasher would be preferred. We’d love around 1000sq feet- but say that loosely: a bit more or a bit less would likely work for us too.
