Historic Falconridge Horse Farm, right here in West Seattle has two openings of large matted 10X20″ stalls in the arena barn. No runs, but your heated tack-room, washroom with H/C water, lounge/library are just a few feet away. The 160′ X 70′ lighted covered arena has a 70 foot wall of mirrors and views to Canada. Full care, timothy and alfalfa hay; we feed your prepared grain/ supplements. Daily all day turnout in gravel or grass fields with board fences. All major vets and 2 quality farriers attend but you can bring your own. Dressage instruction through FEI by USDF silver medalist.
This is a drama free, super friendly barn. Board is $1300/month No charge for 1 blanket change daily or administering oral vet prescribed meds. Free 2 horse trailer parking, up to 3 trailers. .Happy to give you a tour.
