No.. Obama set out on a deliberate course to implement cap and trade and appointed an energy secretary with the stated objective of raising carbon fuel prices. Indeed, Obama said it.. his goal was to bankrupt coal. Now, as discussed, the world is largely still dollar denominated commodities. Commodities will rise rise rise .. and quantitative easing will do that. Cheap dollars means commodities will cost more. Proof? See the price of gold? 1700 plus per ounce… it’s a metal, a commodity.. as is oil, as is wheat, corn, soy beans. If you believe monetary policy doesn’t affect market prices, especially when the dollar is being devalued… I point to why candidates do NOT do much more to address substantive issues…. the voters won’t understand much of what they say. So we get… what we get.

Here’s some post debate polls for ya dobro..

CNN “fact checkers” don’t even know the difference between an assault weapons and automatic weapons. Romney was correct, automatic weapons ARE illegal CNN said the ban expired in 2004… oh hell it did. That’s how F’d up the liberal press is.. they don’t even understand the topics they poll.

CBS

By a 37%-30% margin, a CBS News poll conducted after the second debate also indicated that Obama won the showdown. The rest called it a tie.

This one should scare ya… Frank Luntz focus group… selected undecided voters, who voted for Obama… OVERHELMINGLY stated after the debate.. they are voting for Romney

It’s revealing WHY women are switching from Obama to Romney… don’t watch it though… you might get information!

And the MOST important pol number….

62 per cent give Romney the edge in handling the economy to Obama’s 37%…. that’s the election… not $9.99 birth control benefits, not same sex marriage, … it’s dollars and cents.

Deficits, taxes, and the economy…. Romney holds double digit leads over Obama.
