It’s that time of year again—our Annual Meat Market is back at Lady Jaye on Tuesday, December 17th, from 4 PM to 8 PM! This event is open to the public, no reservations needed, and it’s the perfect opportunity for some last-minute holiday shopping with a meaty twist.

A5 Wagyu from Miyazaki, Japan: Over 70 pounds of the world’s best beef, cut into a variety of sizes so you can enjoy a taste yourself or gift the ultimate indulgence to someone special.

Full-Blood Wagyu Cow from Pacific Rogue Wagyu (Southern Oregon): We’re stocking our meat case with every cut imaginable—ribeyes, flanks, skirts, bavettes, tenderloins, teres majors, NY strips, osso buco, and more!

What to Expect:

Dinner Special: Warm up with a delicious Wagyu beef stew served over a biscuit.
Drinks & Vibes: The bar will be open, and DJ Dereck Moon will be spinning live on the patio.
Exclusive Whiskey Collection: Sara will be showcasing her incredible selection of whiskeys to round out the evening.
