What we offer:

Earn $32 – $45+ per hour (includes tips); plus earn additional commission from enhancements, retail sales, membership sales & therapist requested appointments!
Paid time for charting and cleaning per session.
Flexible scheduling. Option to have 15-30 minute breaks in between session. (10 miutes of which is paid time)
Free primary care membership through GoodMed.
Paid sick time (accrued).
Paid for no-show clients.
Great mentorship program for new massage therapists.
Free CE’s every year including state required ethics, plus additional discounted CE classes.
Half reimbursement for Washington State License renewal AND Liability Insurance renewal after one year of employment.

Body mechanics team available to coach, focusing on injury prevention.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Perform professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing.
Assists in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).
Assists in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients, encouraging them to receive massage on a regular basis.
Creates excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.

Education, Skills and Training:

Current Washington State Massage License
Current Liability Insurance
The ability to assess a clients needs for each session and tailor your massage to accommodate the clients needs.

Communications and Personal Interactions:

Have a strong customer service orientation.
Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with members, guests, co-workers and management.
Maintain client confidentiality.
