Several people texted this morning with a report of ICE officers pulling someone over in south Arbor Heights. We have since received another report that included this photo:
The texters reported this happened on 35th SW near SW 106th, several blocks from the incident reported two weeks ago.

Are they just pulling people over at random, or do they have specific targets in mind? This seems like a very suspicious approach. Also, their time would be put to much better use if they’d just issue a few speeding tickets.
why do they need to wear a mask? It’s like they know what they are doing is illegal and at some point there will be repercussions.

Abductions in & around Seattle have ramped up, it’s getting really bad. I hope that someday everyone involved with this administration will face justice, but I’m not holding my breath. Thankful for the neighbors who recorded this.
As of March 2026, according to Washington State Senate Bill 5855 it is illegal for ICE or any state & local police to wear coverings that conceal their identities. “People detained by illegally masked officers can sue them in their official capacity, which could result in monetary damages”.

Who’s going to enforce that? Do seriously think SPD or KCSO are going to shoe up & arrest or cite ICE? Another “ feel good” law with no teeth- this state /city/county are masters at them.
KCSO and SPD do not support civil action by ICE and does want people to report suspicious activity by people purporting to be ICE. ICE are required by law to prove they’re ICE, if they refuse then call 911.

Hey, Abolish ICE, if you see ICE agents wearing masks you should call SPD. The responding officers will enjoy explaining to you how federal agents abide by federal laws while on the job, not state laws.

Does anyone have more information on what happened to the person(s) that got pulled over? Did anyone stay to observe/record and obtain information to reach out to the person’s family? So heartbreaking and these moments can result in detentions with life-altering circumstances (even death if you’re following the news).

It was around 8am. WSB – This is the third for Arbor Heights. On June 2nd there was one off on SW 32nd just south of 106th. They seem to be targeting the area.
Thanks for posting this information. Despite blatherings to the contrary, our First Amendment is still in effect, and we should keep each other up to date when criminal lowlifes like this–ashamed even to show their faces–turn up in the community.
It’s estimated that there are 250,000 illegal aliens in Washington. Our State is now a hub for drug and human trafficking. Motor voter and one piece of mail provided illegal aliens the vote in our State. Meanwhile no Washington citizens have ever been allowed to vote up or down on the idea, and expense, of sanctuary cities.
Why was the vehicle pulled over ?Was the person released ?Do they have a criminal record or deportation order ?I would like to know more information about all the recent ICE stops in West Seattle and what happened to the individuals after they were stopped. A follow-up story would be greatly appreciated.
