I am 85 years old, low income and have driven my beloved 2000 Toyota Celica GTS since 2007; my tabs were $148.00. Not whining, but pricy tabs…

Leonette, And I’m betting you’ve kept your tabs current and are a responsible person by doing so, even though you say you are low income.
