Hi,

I’m looking to rent a room in West Seattle starting June 1st if possible. I can afford only $420 a month for now, but can pay you more when I find more subsatantial work. I’ve lived on my own for a number of years here in West Seattle and don’t want to leave. I work part-time in downtown Seattle and use the bus to get to work and back. I’m very respectful,clean and quiet individual,and free of drama. I’m also a non-smoker and need to live with non-smokers. If you can help me out, please call me anytime at 206-933-3130.
