I’ve been diagnosed with bilateral Achilles tendinosis, which means I have real pain anytime I walk. I started Physical Therapy on

Friday beside my exercises what I really need is a stationary bike. If anyone has one gathering dust somewhere at your home and wants to rehome it, please let me know. I will put it to good use and once again be a HappyWalker. Please contact me @ campmadnes@aol.com

There are a couple of facebook pages you may want to join–West Seattle Giving Tree or the Buy Nothing Project for your neighborhood.

Would you consider joining a gym for a few months? I joined Snap Fitness for a limited time when I had to use a stationary bike instead of walking. It was several years ago, and, as I recall, they didn’t lock people in with a contract – you pay month by month. Plus, they are open 24 hours a day.
