Hello my name is Alain, owner of Tech 1 Landscaping. I just moved to west Seattle from Miami with family. Wife is originally from West Seattle. I love the people here, really kind and generous.

My specialties are:
Lawn maintenance
Mowing, edging, hedge trimming, blowing, mulch, weeding by hand, or round up weed spray for weeds, planting, removal of plants, bushes and shrubs. Complete yard clean up. Gardener- Garden clean up.

Junk removal. DUMP runs. Hualing.
Scrap metal recycling and removal.
Clean outs
