AimParticipantOne of these clowns spends more than 8 hours a day sending emails, talking to media, etc about this. Seriously if you have the money to be spending 8 hours a day going off about a logo, you REALLY need to go help at a homeless shelter or something else useful.
It amazes me that someone could look at that logo and see “the whore of babylon” as he has been quoted as saying. Seriously? Someone must have some sort of weird fish fetish… ;-)
There’s also a woman who has been getting in on this. She claims that she can see specific female anatomy parts. I think she’s got a few issues and is LOOKING for those parts where they simply don’t exist.
It’s just astounding to me what people will waste time and energy on.

JanSParticipantAim…being a woman myself, as you are…I may have some peculiarities, physical-wise, but, geez…not like that – lol…
I agree…put that time to good use, and get out and really help someone who needs helping…

hopeyParticipantsbux has been using the “old” logo to promote the new Pike Place Blend since it was introduced back in April. I have a mug, which I purchased at the Pike Place store & is only available there, that displays the original, unedited version of the old logo. It does indeed show breasts on the mermaid, nipples included. I purchased the mug a year or two ago, so I do not know if you can still get this same mug at the Pike Place store.
That version of the logo was fine 20 years ago. I don’t really understand why people find it so challenging now.
