What is the process for forcing a business to require an off-duty Police presence? Dick’s and similar locations have had SPD onsite for years to stave off and prevent craziness.

When the sun comes its well understood what happens on Alki. Can anything be done to mitigate multiple tailgate parties per evening?

The 7-11 staff are seemingly powerless, and relying on paid officers is a waste of resources IMHO.
