Foundation and Structural Work for home

[Ponderosa]

We are looking do some earthquake prep work to our home (a mostly poured concrete perimeter, wood framed home), as well adjust some joists to even out a few areas on our floors, as well as pour a new porch/front door landing for us in preparation for updating our roof line to expand the covered area. We’d like ideally like to have someone do this all at once, but this is our first time doing any structural work at this level, so not sure what is possible.
